DOCUMENTTERMS OF SERVICE
PrivacyTermsDisclaimer

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using MCATS, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented for specific services or transactions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant MCATS services.

2. MCATS Services

MCATS provides software and digital services designed to deliver cryptocurrency market intelligence, analytics, strategy information, risk-management features, and related trading-system functionality.

Features may change, be expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued as MCATS develops and improves the platform.

3. Eligibility

You may use MCATS only if you are legally permitted to enter into the applicable agreement and use the relevant services in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining whether access to or use of MCATS is lawful where you are located.

4. Accounts and Registration

Some MCATS features require an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current, and to maintain the security of your account and authentication methods.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using misleading information, or intentionally circumvent MCATS account or security controls.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Where subscriptions are offered, pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures are presented through the applicable subscription interface or commercial terms.

A trial or promotional period does not create a promise of continuing free access after the applicable period.

Payment services may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may impose their own terms and policies.

6. Referral Program

MCATS may provide referral functionality that allows eligible users to share referral codes and receive commissions or other benefits under the applicable referral rules.

Referral attribution may depend on the referral code, registration sequence, verification status, qualifying purchase or subscription conditions, and other program requirements.

MCATS may reject or reverse referral benefits associated with fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulation, or violations of the referral rules.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not interfere with or disrupt MCATS infrastructure.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, databases, or internal systems.
  • Do not use automated activity to abuse registrations, referrals, authentication, market-data endpoints, or service limits.
  • Do not introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads.
  • Do not use MCATS to violate applicable laws, sanctions, regulations, contractual restrictions, or third-party rights.
  • Do not misrepresent MCATS outputs as guaranteed profits, guaranteed signals, or guaranteed investment results.

8. Market Data and AI Analysis

MCATS may display cryptocurrency prices, charts, market data, analytics, model outputs, strategy information, risk observations, and other machine-generated or system-generated information.

Market data may change rapidly and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, incorrect, interrupted, or affected by third-party data sources.

AI-generated or algorithmically generated information is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, suitable, or appropriate for every market condition.

9. No Guarantee of Trading Results

MCATS does not guarantee profits, performance, successful trades, reduced losses, market direction, or any particular investment outcome.

Historical or simulated performance, illustrations, examples, demonstrations, and system descriptions do not guarantee future results.

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account actions, capital allocation, risk exposure, compliance obligations, tax obligations, and use of any external exchange or financial account.

You should evaluate information independently and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services

MCATS may integrate with or rely on third-party exchanges, payment providers, market-data sources, hosting systems, analytics services, communication providers, and other external systems.

Third-party outages, policy changes, errors, latency, restrictions, or failures may affect MCATS functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

MCATS software, branding, visual design, documentation, content, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain owned by MCATS or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit protected MCATS materials except as expressly permitted.

13. Availability and Changes

MCATS may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure problems, security events, third-party dependencies, market-data outages, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

14. Suspension and Termination

MCATS may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, address security concerns, comply with legal obligations, or respond to material violations.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MCATS services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCATS and its applicable affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to use of the services, including trading losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party systems.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions for MCATS should be completed using the final legal entity and jurisdiction applicable to the business before formal publication.

19. Changes to These Terms

MCATS may update these Terms when services, commercial arrangements, security requirements, or legal obligations change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
